Katisha Jallow—professionally known as J-LOW—is a dynamic talent agent, creative strategist, and retired U.S. Army veteran with a mission to elevate artists and transform communities. With 23 years of military service, she developed expertise in operations, leadership, planning, and crisis management, skills she now channels into building strong foundations for creatives and entrepreneurs.
Katisha is a licensed talent agent and the founder of K Luv Culture™, a global talent management and consulting agency specializing in artist development, representation, and creative staffing across music, entertainment, lifestyle, and culture. Her work focuses on helping artists grow their brands, secure opportunities, and navigate the industry with structure, strategy, and purpose.
Her educational background includes a Music Business Certificate from Musicians Institute(MI) and ongoing coursework toward an Associates of Science of Music Business a MI and Music Business Associates at UCLA Extension. She also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Technology, with additional studies in entrepreneurship. She is certified in NLP Life Coaching, Master Resilience Training, Human Resources, Equal Opportunity, Immigration Consulting, and more.
Beyond entertainment, Katisha is the Founder and Executive Director of the California Suicide Prevention Network (CALISPN), strengthening mental-health awareness and youth empowerment statewide. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorates in 2019 for all the leadership and community outeach initiatives.

Kenroy Williams—professionally known as IBlack Lion—brings more than 25 years of experience in reggae, cultural storytelling, and artist development to his dual role as Artist Manager and Recording Artist at K Luv Culture™. Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, his artistic journey began under the name Black Mice, where he earned early recognition as a child performer. A powerful spiritual transformation in 1995 led him to embrace Rastafarian culture, deepen his purpose, and evolve into the artist now known worldwide as IBlack Lion.
As a recording artist, Kenroy is known for his conscious music, timeless messages, and a vocal presence that blends traditional roots reggae with modern energy. His work reflects real-life struggles, spiritual principles, and the richness of Jamaican identity. His catalog continues to inspire audiences across Jamaica, the U.S., and the global reggae community.
At K Luv Culture™, Kenroy serves as Artist Manager, using his firsthand industry knowledge, performance background, and cultural experience to guide talent with authenticity and leadership. He focuses on artist development, global branding, strategic planning, and preparing creatives for a competitive international market.
