Katisha Jallow, professionally known as J-LOW, is a talent agent, creative strategist, entrepreneur, and retired U.S. Army veteran dedicated to advancing artists, entrepreneurs, and community-driven initiatives. Drawing from 23 years of military service, she brings extensive experience in leadership, operations, strategic planning, crisis management, and organizational development to every project she leads.

She is the Founder and Lead Talent Agent of K Luv Culture™, a veteran-owned global talent management and consulting agency specializing in artist development, representation, bookings, creative staffing, and entertainment business solutions. Through K Luv Culture, Katisha helps artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs build sustainable careers, expand their visibility, and access opportunities across the music, entertainment, lifestyle, and cultural sectors.

Katisha is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Music Business at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California, and has completed additional studies in music business, entrepreneurship, and business technology. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Technology and professional certifications in Master Resilience Training, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Life Coaching, Human Resources, Equal Opportunity, Immigration Consulting, and related leadership disciplines.

Beyond the entertainment industry, Katisha serves as the Founder and Executive Director of the California Suicide Prevention Network (CALISPN), where she advocates for mental health awareness, suicide prevention, youth empowerment, veteran support, and community engagement initiatives throughout California.

Her professional accomplishments include recognition through the Global Recognition Award and an Honorary Doctorate for her leadership, service, and community impact. She is also a proud member of several professional and veteran-focused organizations dedicated to leadership, service, and community advancement.
