Katisha Jallow
Katisha Jallow, a New Jersey native, has always been passionate about music. In 1994, her bedroom was like a mini music agency, with walls covered in pictures of artists and stacks of cassette tapes, reflecting her early love for the industry.
She spent hours her lifestyle curating her own “roster” of favorite musicians, imagining herself as an agent or label executive, long before she knew that her dreams could become a reality. This early obsession with music was more than just a hobby—it was the foundation of her future in the music business.
The Journey
Retired Army Veteran
Katisha’s journey took her through 23 years of military service, personally and professionally helping and developing people.
She served in diverse locations including Italy, California, and Florida, where she balanced the responsibilities of managing personnel with her commitment to advocating for mental health and resilience among soldiers and their families. Throughout, music remained her personal refuge, offering comfort and a means of expression during challenging times.
Music Agent
In 2023, Katisha retired from the Army and relocated to Los Angeles to fully embrace her passion. She founded K Luv Culture, a music talent agency dedicated to supporting artists in their careers. Her mission is simple yet profound: to focus on music, providing artists with the guidance and opportunities they need to thrive in an often complex industry. K Luv Culture is inspired by her belief in the transformative power of music—a space where creativity, support, and professional growth come together.
